Some ways to check in on your Iranian-American colleagues during the Iranian Revolution.

Some ways to check in on your Iranian-American colleagues today / this week:

"Hey, if you want to talk about what's going on in Iran, I'd love to listen."

"Hey, what are the Iran protests about? I'd love to learn more about what Iranians are going through."

"Hey, how are you feeling today?"

"Is there anything I can do to help you?"

"I'm so sorry about what's happening in Iran. I just wanted to share that."

If you are coming from a place of care and curiosity, don't be afraid -- no one will be offended by you asking questions.

In fact, they will really, really appreciate it.
