Not sure I agree with this one Adam Grant. Personal branding is not just about empty marketing.
Done right, it’s about intentionally and authentically LEADING: what you’re about, what values you represent, how you work, and who you are.
Building strong relationships can be an element of your brand.
I tell law students and young professionals that personal branding is the most essential thing they must learn to do for their careers.
I learned so much myself in this regard from Beth Korn - Exec Coach’s excellent trainings, which I was fortunate to be able to attend through my old employer Morrison & Foerster LLP’s alumni programs 🙏🏼🙏🏼
