As a human being, a lawyer - and a person of color - I want to cry, yell in anger, curl into a ball, and hurl things at my monitor (all of the above) when I see the openly vile, violent, and ignorant attacks on Judge Jackson, at the US Senate’s Supreme Court confirmation hearings.
But I’ve also learned so much from Judge Jackson’s composure, and grace.
No matter how powerful the hate — the moonlight always leaks 💙✊🏽⚖️
