Good Guilt v Bad Guilt.

One amazing lesson I’ve learned in therapy is that there’s “good guilt” and there’s “bad guilt” — not all guilt is bad.

Guilt from respecting our own needs is good guilt — lean into that guilt, and try to unwire it.

Guilt from doing something improper is bad guilt — work out why you put yourself in that situation, and how to heal / learn from it.
