What I learned interviewing multiple candidates for a role:
***I know NOTHING about the person I'm interviewing EXCEPT what they tell me themself.***
Don't be passive when you're interviewing: be active, be positive, SHARE about yourself, your accomplishments, your self-awareness of the challenges you've faced.
Practice questions, answers, pre-think about your answers.
I am a blank canvas, and you get to take your best shot at painting me.
Don't assume your skills and background just somehow, magically, come through.
I'm guilty of this too: Sometimes thinking I'm enough talented that, somehow, magically, I'm going to "get discovered" one day.
What I know of you, is what you tell me. SO TELL ME!
