Take life one step at a time.

I’ve really intentionally tried to take my life forward one step at a time, over the past few years. 

I have NO IDEA “where I want to be in 5 years.”

I only know what area I want to grow into NOW, and what things I enjoy doing in this stage of my life. 

Even if I knew where I want to be 5 years from now, Ali 5 years from now may not want to be there. 

Working backwards from goals is fine sometimes; but working forwards from needs and self-knowldge is even better. 

Looking far ahead is overrated. 

Introspection is underrated.
