My son just learned how to walk.
He falls down at least 50 times a day.
Almost every time though, he just gets up and keeps walking.
No complaints.
No looking back at the floor to see if there was something wrong with the floor!
No blaming anyone, or himself.
No putting himself down, or doubting himself.
It’s just part of the process for him — part of WALKING is FALLING.
Watching him, I’m humbled.
I’ll strive to complain less, give up less: just get back up, and keep walking — no more is necessary!
PART OF WALKING IS FALLING.
