Normalize saying sorry -- we need more of it!!

Multiple times a week, I say "sorry!"

Because I could have done something better. 

How could I not?! 

There's ALWAYS a better way to do something. There's always a better way to communicate. There's always room to be kinder, more thoughtful, more accurate. 

Why do we so often resist saying sorry?
