Cannot recommend this book enough (and generally works by James Hollis) as companions to lifelong journey of growth.
This is the kind of book I have to labor through — I can’t read more than half a page, or a page, at a time; I end up underlining almost every sentence, and before I know it I’ve read something that forces me to put the book down and get lost in my thoughts, memories, and analyses of what just struck me.
If you’re looking for a companion book for 2024, this may be it.
