If you make what’s inside more desirable, people will look past the outside.

I bought this floss at Whole Foods Market because it was advertised as sustainably packaged. 



The packaging, sadly, sucks — it’s not as easy to use as normally-packaged floss. 



BUT the product (the floss) is so good, I’ll buy this again. 



I learned a great lesson from this: 



Making a great product that people would want to use (and then putting it inside sustainable packaging) works a lot better, in the long run, than lecturing people about the importance of sustainability and hoping for the best. 



If you make what’s inside more desirable, people will look past the outside.
