When you think of some proud moments in your life, or career — are they times you said Yes, or times you said No?

It’s harder, and takes more self-awareness, and confidence, to say No, than to say Yes. 

Saying Yes often signals what you need: validation, inclusion, achievement, status. 

Saying No requires that you know what you want.
