Had a very fun, and very unconventional, networking session yesterday -- at the grocery store!
Our awesome international advisors Antony Walsh and William Dudzinsky from Eversheds Sutherland were in town, and asked if I could meet.
I suggested we meet at one of my favorite spots: Wholesome Choice, one of the largest Persian grocery stores outside Iran.
We walked around the store, and talked about Iran's culture, geography, and diverse breads, vegetables, fruits and other food.
We finished off the tour with some classic Persian pastries: Baklava, Zoolbia & Bamiyeh, and of course, tea!
No better way to connect with friends and colleagues than through food, culture and meaning.
Ditch the "fancy" hotels & cafes -- pick a spot that has meaning for you 👌
