A new method for my new year's resolution.

I'm trying a new method for my new year's resolution:



Rather than setting goals -- which I think are over-hyped and not always necessarily helpful -- I'm setting ways



Rather than outputs, I'm focusing on inputs:



Once a day: What is something I want/need to do, at least once a day?



Once a week: What is something I want/need to do, at least once a week?



Once a month: What is something I want/need to do, at least once a month?



I already have a clear idea for all three categories (day: work on my book; week: work on a specific problem that has been bothering me for years; and month: do volunteer teaching or coaching). 



Think about it -- what are your (1) (1) (1)'s?
